Chemical bath data is collected as bath analysis is done, and statistical analysis is performed immediately upon data entry, thereby ensuring real-time process control. Statistical analysis data for an ENi tank is shown in the figure. Our ChemTrak software provides instantly updated control charts and distributions, with standard deviation, mean and Cpk (process capability) computed for each tested parameter.
