Our two buildings comprise over 30,000 square feet, allowing us a complete blasting facility isolated from our main plating lines.
With our controlled atmosphere furnaces, we are able to do clean firing and sinter firing: just one of the reasons for our ability to handle plating on refractory metals and other exotic applications.
We have extensive experience in detailed masking and manual wiring for the most demanding selective plating applications.
Our 1.5 acre facility includes a dedicated wastewater treatment system designed to exceed federal, state and local guidelines for water use. Adjacent to the main building, this 3000 square foot processing system is monitored and controlled in house by ENS Technology personnel.
